This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Phillip the dog.
“Phillip is a 1-1/2-year old male terrier mix. Very sweet and playful. Phillip says it’s never to late to pick up a friend, like him, from the shelter, ” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.
The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
