This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Charlie.
“Charlie is a 5 year old dashshund mix who came to shelter having only one eye. His eye that he could see with was ridden with glaucoma and had to be removed due to the pain he was having. Charlie has a great sense of smell and gets around very well. He goes on regular runs with the Rescue Run Club and he is a charmer waiting for his furr- ever home. Charlie is a great pet and hopes you will come by and visit him. Shelter is open everyday and on Saturday’s 8AM-Noon., ” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.
The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
