The St. Charles Humane Society recently held elections for the 2011-2013 Board.
The newly elected members are (from left) President Jennifer King, Secretary Ongelle Clouatre, Historian Angel Penning, Vice President Lee Ann Matherne, Treasurer Christine Trevett and Vice President Jackie Boudreaux.
The Humane Society of Louisiana protects and defends animals from cruelty, neglect and mistreatment. Through their cruelty investigation, crime prevention, education and animal care programs, they promote nonviolence and compassion for all animals statewide.
