LOT OF LOVE. On Aug. 5, Kaylie Fabre, daughter of Brian and Andrea Fabre of Luling donated more than ten inches of her hair to the Locks of Love Foundation which makes human hair wigs for children with medical conditions or who have had treatments that cause them to lose their hair.
This is the second time Kaylie has made a donation to Locks of Love Foundation. She first faced off with the scissors in August 2004.
