The St. Charles Herald-Guide will hold a random drawing every month and award a prize to someone who is a fan of the newspaper’s page on Facebook. The page can be found by going to www.facebook.com/heraldguide.
On the Herald-Guide Facebook page, residents can find all of the newspaper’s top stories, which will automatically show up in a person’s news feed once they like the page. The Guide also updates the site with live updates from sporting events as well as lifestyle’s features.
For fans of the Camera Shootout Contest, the Herald-Guide will post each week’s winning picture as our cover photo. To have a winning picture chosen as a cover photo, the photographer must be a fan of the Herald-Guide Facebook page.
Additionally, the newspaper encourages users to submit pictures and info on our page. Some of the pictures or comments may be used in news articles with the submitter’s permission.
