When malte-poo Deuce came into Brenda Louque’s life, she was still in mourning.
Her 17-year-old maltese had just passed away after a long and happy life. Brenda never thought she could love another dog the way she loved Benji. But 1-year-old Deuce has stolen her heart.
The white, fluffy canine has quickly become an integral part of the family since his adoption from the St. Charles Parish Animal Shelter in May.
Brenda, of Norco, says Deuce is a well-balanced dog that likes to play and cuddle when the mood strikes. He is friendly with people and other animals, and keeps the family laughing at his comedic antics.
