Hamada Orthodontics holding Appreciation Day

Hamada Orthodontics is holding its annual Appreciation Day event honoring its patients, but also will recognize the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office this year. The event will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 20 at the Hamada Orthodontics office, 131 Ormond Center Court, Destrehan.

The event is sponsored by Hamada Orthodontics, Sweet Tooth Dental and Thorson Dentistry for Kids!

“We wanted to bring our community together this year to honor our local law enforcement and have our patients help celebrate them with us,” said Dr. Allison Hamada. “We wanted to show them our sincere gratitude for the wonderful job they are doing.”

Prizes and giveaways, games and a photo booth, and food and drinks all be featured at the gathering.

Hamada said her practice strives to give patients a reason to smile in every way.

Additionally, Hamada’s practice offers a well-trained, six-member team that ensures patients have a happy, upbeat clean environment. Her staff collectively offers more than 35 years of experience in orthodontics.

Hamada considers it the highest form of praise when patients tell others about the service – and they do.

“We’re all moms, which I feel is a huge thing,” she said of her staff. “We get it from the mom’s perspective and probably the biggest billboard is that we know what it’s like to be a mom and be faced with seeing your child struggling or dealing with different social challenges. I feel we treat the child as an individual, as much as a patient.”

Started in 2004, Hamada said she considers the many referrals her practice gets as “the best compliment we could ever get.”
