This nine-hour workshop is designed to expand home ownership capacity among potential first time homebuyers.
The four units will determine readiness for home ownership; identify and shop for a home that best meets your needs; determine attainable home price range; fix and correct credit report errors; fix credit problems; understand mortgage terms; prepare for closing; choosing insurance, and improving the home’s beauty.
Upon completion of the class, the participant will receive a certificate of completion that is approved by all mortgage companies, this class was offered in the St. Charles Parish Community education Spring term booklet.
Members of the First-Time homebuyer class were: Taraneisha Bower, Sharie Carter, Gina Daigle, Brandy Davis, Cade Jeffers, Mary Latour, Shana Ordogne, Glendora Walker, Ta’Mica Williams, Michael Wilson, Charles Joachim, Jane Lanier, Latashia Ingram, and Taramaine Eursin.
