FBC of Luling attends Bible Camp

The Youth Ministry of First Baptist Church in Luling recently attended Centrifuge Bible Camp at Carson-Newman University, Jefferson City, Tenn.

Thirty-seven students from sixth grade through college with seven chaperones. Youth Pastor, Rev. Daniel Martin led the group. The theme of the week was “Alive & Free” focusing on the Book of James. At Centrifuge, students are divided into groups for recreation and Bible study based on age ranges by grade completed. Recreation is facilitated within bible study groups by a member of trained camp staff.

Each activity serves a specific purpose and is presented so students can make application to their lives. Creative, active, performance and classroom-based activities are offered and is led by a member of the trained staff. Youth meet at the church , 921 Paul Maillard Road, every Wednesday from 5 .- 7 for recreation, fellowship and Bible study.
