Does YOUR mom have what it takes to be the Herald-Guide Mother of the Year?

The Herald-Guide is in search of St. Charles Parish’s Mother of the Year.

And with Mother’s Day steadily approaching, we’re asking for your nominations to ensure that we get it right and pick the perfect mother to represent our parish.

She doesn’t have to be Super Women or have any special powers – she doesn’t even have to be your mother!

The only requirements are that the mother of your choice be a St. Charles Parish resident who has children and deserves a pat on the back for a job well done.

In 300 words or less, send an email to Lifestyles Editor Heather R. Breaux at heatherb@heraldguide.com detailing why you think this lucky lady should be crowned the Herald-Guide Mother of the Year.

All nominations must include a photo and must be received no later than May 5 at 3 p.m. Photos will not be returned.

The mom who is chosen as the Herald-Guide’s Mother of the Year will receive a fabulous prize package.

What is it you ask? Hmmm, of course we can’t tell you! You’ll just have to wait and see if you are chosen as the Herald-Guide’s Mother of the Year.
