Justin P. Cortez, born and raised in Des Allemands, has joined Gossen-Holloway-Cortez, an architectural firm, as a new partner.
Cortez graduated from Hahnville High School. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned a master’s of architecture degree in 2011. While in graduate school, he completed two summer internships with Gossen-Holloway & Associates.
Upon graduation, Cortez began full-time employment with the firm, collaborating on numerous educational, health care and local government projects. While working on these projects, he gained the valuable experience and knowledge necessary to take the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE).
Completing the ARE in May of 2015, he is now licensed to practice architecture in Louisiana. As a partner in the firm, he will continue to provide architectural services to the firm’s current and future clients, while cultivating strong relationships within the communities our firm serves.
