St. Rose Elementary student Louis Lowe Jr. is a 2nd grader who was chosen as the Cox Inspirational Hero at the end of last school year.
School officials said Louis works hard each day to achieve his learning targets and he leaves a huge positive impact on others with his loving and caring personality.
In addition, school officials said Louis is a dedicated and hard working student at school who is always willing to help others and enjoys taking a leadership role while modeling respectful and courteous behavior.
