2nd Boutte River Region Lions Club Children and Queen’s Pageant

RACELAND – The 2nd annual Boutte River Region Lions Club Children and Queen’s Pageant will be held on Saturday, June 14 beginning at 11 a.m.

For the Children’s Pageant dress code is Sunday best. Registration is accepted at the door for 0-10 years old beginning at 11 a.m.

For the Queen’s Pageant the Junior and Ms. deadline is 1:30 p.m. the day of the pageant. Teen and Miss deadline is Wednesday, June 11 by 8 p.m. The Junior competition is open to those between 11 and 13 years old. The Teen pageant is open to those between 14 and 16 years old, the Miss pageant is open for those between the ages of 17 and 21 and the Ms. pageant is open to those 22 or older.

All judge’s decisions are final.

The entry fee for the children’s pageant is $50. The entry for fee for the pageant is $75 for Junior, Ms. and Teen and $100 for Miss.

All participants can sell raffle tickets or obtain a sponsor to cover their entry fee.

Anyone signing out tickets is responsible for returning tickets sold or unsold with the payments. Lost tickets are the participant’s responsibility and must be accounted for with payment.

All checks should be made out to Boutte River Region Lions Club.

The event will take place at the Raceland Lions Club located at 600 Hospital Drive in Raceland.
