Sheriff’s Reports – October 18, 2018

Arrests

  • Leonard Price, 59, of 252 Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with aggravated battery.
  • Mary Franklin, 61, of 1223 Borne Lane in Luling, was arrested Oct.12 and charged with vagrancy/beggars and entry/remaining after forbidden.
  • Joshua Robicheaux, 42, of 316 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with vehicle needs inspection tag, no liability insurance, possession of methamphetamine and DWI (2nd offense). He had an attachment.
  • James Kelly, 44, of 12380 Oak Fields Drive in Geismar, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule III.
  • Bryant Bourgeois, 31, of 827 Milling Ave. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with wearing no seat belt, operating vehicle with suspended driver’s license and possession of marijuana – third offense. He had an attachment.
  • Christina Moore, 40, of 13575 Old Spanish Trail in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with accessory to aggravated battery.
  • Felix Polkey, 20, of 13575 Old Spanish Trail in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with aggravated battery.
  • Keith Robinson, 23, of 1336 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with aggravated flight from officer, drive on right if possible, reckless operation of a vehicle, driver not licensed and resisting an officer.
  • Timothy McCoy, 46, of 1285 Wolf Ridge Drive Collerville, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with second degree battery.
  • Quiana Andry, 38, of 448 Dandelion Drive in Waggaman, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with distribution of Schedule IV CDS, possession with intent to distribute Schedule IV CDS, possession of legend drug, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II and possession with intent to distribute Schedule III.
  • Caitlyn Case, 29, of 423 Charles St. in New Iberia, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule IV drugs.
  • Larry Nicholas, 37, of 13575 Old Spanish Trail in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of marijuana (4th offense). He was a fugitive.

Incidents

  • A suspect pumped approximately $32 of fuel then fled a Champions Exxon gas station on U.S. Hwy. 90 in Boutte without paying the bill on Oct. 14.
  • A youth four-wheeler valued at $1,000 was stolen from a victim’s Frickey Road residence in Des Allemands on Oct. 13.
  • A lawn mower and weed eater was taken from a victim’s shed at their Allie Lane residence in Luling on Oct. 12.
  • A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the Boutte Wal-Mart on Oct. 11.
  • A home window that was placed under a carport during installation was stolen from an Oak St. residence in St. Rose on Oct. 10.
  • A bicycle was stolen from the front of a Paul Fredrick St. residence in Luling on Oct. 10.
  • Measuring wheels and a car dolly were taken from a truck parked at Wal-Mart in Boutte on Oct. 9.
  • Batteries were stolen from equipment left near the KCS railroad tracks in Montz on Oct. 9.
