Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

  • Jalen Downing, 18, of 246 Pioneer Drive in Hahnville, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disturbing the peace, attempted domestic abuse, aggravated assault, simple criminal damage to property (felony), flight from an officer, simple battery, domestic abuse battery (two counts), simple criminal damage to property (misdemeanor).
  • Timmarie Bourgeois, 29, of 1107 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with identity theft and theft from a building. She had an attachment.
  • Jeremy Johnson, 30, of 4141 Chateau Blvd. in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana – third and subsequent offenses, possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), possession of oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and taking contraband to penal institution. He was a fugitive.
  • Otis Smith, 22, of 6201 Riverside Drive in Metairie, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. He was a fugitive.
  • Davlyn Nolan, 33, of 121 Peach St. in Hahnville, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of legend drug without prescription. She was a fugitive with an attachment.
  • Darzil Washington, 27, of 680 Killona Drive, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with illegal use of CDS in presence of persons under 17, DWI, reckless operation, transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity, possession of marijuana – third or subsequent offenses, possession of hydrocodone and switched license plate.
