Sheriff’s Reports – December 6, 2018

Arrests

  • James Smith, 58, of 16401 Old Spanish Trail in Des Allemands, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon.
  • Robby Moser, 18, of 11 Magnolia Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Nov. 30 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
  • Kayte Cummings, 27, of 514 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with distribution of methamphetamine.
  • Dainelle Carter, 41, of 517 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with remaining after forbidden. She had attachments.
  • Travis Joseph, 37, of 237 Goodchildren St. in Boutte, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with felon carrying firearm and obstruction of justice.
  • Kevin Johnson, 57, of 1021 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with distribution of methamphetamine.
  • Keith Chapman, 24, of 200 Sunset Court in Hahnville, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with monetary instrument abuse and operating a vehicle with suspended license. He had an attachment.
  • Diamond Payton, 18, of 924 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with principal to theft.
  • Andriana Brown, 18, of 975 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with theft.
  • Jose Sanchez, 36, of 2717 Independence St. in Metairie, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with entering/remaining after forbidden and operating a vehicle with suspended driver’s license.

Incidents

  • A bicycle and tools were stolen from under a carport at a Sellers Ave. residence in Luling on Nov. 29.
  • A package was delivered to an Ormond Blvd. residence on Nov. 29. When the victim went to retrieve it, it was no longer outside the residence.
  • A trailer on River Road in Ama was burglarized and items stolen from inside the trailer on Nov. 27.
  • A River Road residence in Ama was burglarized on Nov. 26 with miscellaneous items stolen.
