Arrests

•Eric J. Gros, 28, of 115 Dixie Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on March 25 and charged with worthless checks over $500.

•Chad A. Johnson, 34, of 2786 N. Carlisle Drive in Gretna, was arrested on March 27 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and open container.

•Vegas S. Franklin, 25, of 1625 Yorktowne Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on March 28 and charged with D.W.I. and driving roadway lane of traffic.

•Kevin Bailey, 28, of 247 Marmandy Drive TPK 65 in River Ridge, was arrested on March 28 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Lisa K. Anderson, 44, of 894 Elmore St. in Greenbay, Wis., was arrested on March 28 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Rickey Gachassin, of 223 Jones St. in Burwick, was arrested on March 30 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of vehicle and driver’s license not on person.

•Michelle Welch, 43, of 3528 E. Loyola Blvd. in Kenner, was arrested on April 2 and charged with possession/distribution of Legend Drug and fugitive from other agency.

•Robert Thomassie, 31, of 616 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on April 3 and charged with license plate illuminated, open container in vehicle, possession of marijuana (3rd offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and fugitive from other agency.

•Phillip Scott, 48, of 200 Meadows Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 1 and charged with theft under $300.

•Jeffrey McCray, 50, of 300 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 1 and charged with theft under $300.

•Taylor Schexsnayder, 17, of 139 Railroad Ave. in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 4 and charged with possession of stolen auto over $500.

•Jeffrey Badeaux, 47, of 126 Gordon St. in Destrehan was arrested on April 1 and charged with theft of auto over $500.

•Terrance Anderson, 28, of 723 Hanson St. in Kenner, was arrested on April 1 and charged with D.W.I. child endangerment, possession of marijuana (2nd offense), reckless operation of vehicle and two attachments.

•Leslie Bourgeois, 60, of 1228 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on April 2 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation of vehicle and vehicle required headlamp.

•Mark Brewer, 35, of 1616 N. 12th St. in Springfield, Ill., was arrested on April 3 and charged with D.W.I. (2nd offense) and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

•Elise Edrington, 22, of 3132 Tartanway in Fayatteville, Ariz., was arrested on April 2 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Carl Mobley, 55, of 136 Troxler Ave. in New Sarpy, was arrested on April 4 and charged with D.W.I., driving with a suspended license, vehicle required headlamp and renewal registration.

•Ashton Richard, 26, of 170 W. Greenbriar St. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 3 and charged with D.W.I. and driving while license suspended.

•Martha Williams, 66, of 1 Summerton Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on April 1 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

•James Wilson, 69, of 406 Courthouse Lane in Hahnville, was arrested on April 2 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Theft

•Two car batteries, total value of $200, were stolen from 1400 E. Harding in New Sarpy on March 29.

•A 62” TV and an X-Box game system, total value of $2,300, were stolen from 80 Stanton Hall Drive in Destrehan on March 29.

•A 2005 Nissan Titan, total value of $18,000, was stolen from 843 Milling Ave. in Luling on March 29.

•Assorted jewelry, total value of $500, was stolen from 136 Sunshine Drive in Des Allemands on March 29.

•A VCR, a 25” TV and a GPS, total value of $550, were stolen from 14301 U.S. 90 in Paradis on March 31.

•A shotgun, a rifle, two bandoliers, a compound bow, six arrows, vehicle keys and assorted checkbooks were stolen from 131 Keller St. in Hahnville on March 31.

•Eight cases of beer, total value of $180, were stolen from 13786 LA 48 Hwy. in Destrehan on March 31.

•A utility trailer, total value of $2,000, was stolen from 107 Kaylee Drive in Luling on April 4.

•A black propane grill, total value of $200, was stolen from 132 Jane St. in Paradis on April 4.

•Eight pieces of lumber and six wooden pallets, total value of $122, were stolen from a business at 300 W. B St. in Norco on April 2.

•A brown horse saddle and a license plate, total value of $585, was stolen out of a vehicle at 14893 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis on April 1.

•A 32” flat screen TV and a laptop computer, total value of $2,650, were stolen from 107 Lonestar Road in Luling on April 1.
