Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests
• Steven Brumley, 43, of 14655 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice.

• Jessica Matherne, 37, of 740 Lander Street in Bridge City, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of tramadol. She was a fugitive with an attachment.

• Dermon Theodore, 25, of 3109 Phoenix Street in Kenner, was arrested June 26 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of MDMA, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI and careless operation.

• Terry Nicely, 31, of 177 Celia Drive in Luling, was arrested June 27 and charged with lewd exhibition of genitals.

• Brian Thompson, 27, of 900 Paul Fredrick Street in Luling was arrested June 26 and charged with violation or protective order.

• Michael Colly Sr., 70, of 446 Courthouse Lane in Hahnville, was arrested June 26 and charged with second degree battery.

• Richard Preston, 24, of 1143 Luling Estates Drive in Luling, was arrested June 25 and charged with domestic abuse battery of a pregnant victim.

• Christopher Brown, 26, of 216 Diane Drive in St. Rose, was arrested June 24 and charged with possession of marijuana – third and subsequent offenses and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Renee Collor, 62, of 429 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested June 24 and charged with distribution of oxycodone, distribution of cocaine, distribution of hydrocodone, possession of cocaine, sale/distribution/possession of legend drug (two counts) and distribution of tramadol (four counts).

• Ross Hooper, 22, of 118 Allison Drive in Luling, was arrested June 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and being at park past hours of operation.

• Trevon Isaac, of 200 Sunset Court in Hahnville, was arrested June 23 and charged with domestic battery with a pregnant victim, domestic abuse battery, being at park past hours of operation, illegal carrying of a weapon in presence of CDS, distribution of marijuana, resisting an officer, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, obstruction of justice, possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He had an attachment.

• David Hixon, 22, of 3512 East Louisiana Street in Kenner, was arrested June 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and being at park past hours of operation. He was a fugitive.

• Jason Breaux, 41, of 14495 Hwy. 631 in Paradis, was arrested June 23 and charged with domestic abuse battery by strangulation.
