4 charged with terrorizing Luling

Four people were arrested after they allegedly rode around Luling and flashed guns at civilians, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Capt. Pat Yoes, spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office, said it appears the group was looking for a few people on Paul Fredrick Street that they had an issue with.

“They were flashing guns and terrorizing the area,” he said.

Those arrested include Jharin Lewis, 21, of 2410 Army Drive in LaPlace and Ra’Shai Sherman, 20, Terrance Clay, 19, and Cornell Clay, 18, who all live at 728 Turtlcreek Lane in St. Rose.

Yoes said that deputies located guns in the vehicle and all four men were charged with terrorizing.
