‘Dig’ for diamonds at blood drive

KENNER – The Blood Center’s annual “Dig for Diamonds” blood drive will take place at the Esplanade Mall on April 9 through 11 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the lower level next to the Ann Taylor Loft store.

Donors will be invited to “dig” for diamonds and other prizes donated by Esplanade merchants.

Prizes include gift certificates and merchandise from Esplanade stores, and diamond jewelry donated by Mr. Goldman. All donors will also receive a Blood Center T-shirt, family blood coverage and a cholesterol check.
