Arrests
• Jacob Breaux, 35, was arrested Sept. 23 in Des Allemands and charged with pornography involving juveniles (sex offense – registration required) and possession of marijuana. He was a fugitive.
• Jayquan Washington, 27, was arrested Sept. 22 in Luling and charged with extortion and fugitive warrants.
• Chester Celestine, 30, was arrested Sept. 22 in Boutte and charged with extortion.
• David Mouton, 49, was arrested Sept. 18 in Lafayette and charged with theft-felony.
• Jessi Bryant, 40, was arrested Sept. 19 in LaPlace and charged with theft and theft of a motor vehicle.
• Joshua Woodwide, 36, was arrested Sept. 23 in Boutte and charged with possession of marijuana, barricades, signs and signals; and driver must be licensed.
• Jason Dempster, 41, was arrested Sept. 22 in Luling and charged with distribution of methamphetamine.
