Arrests
• Jose Rigoberto-Sandoval, 52, was arrested Sept. 4 in Luling and charged with resisting an officer.
• Mason Vicknair, 27, was arrested Sept. 7 in Luling and charged with violation of protective orders and resisting an officer.
• Ernest Blount, 55, was arrested Sept. 7 in St. Rose and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and several fugitive warrant arrests.
• Donna Morgan, 22, was arrested Sept. 7 in St. Rose and charged with operating a vehicle under suspension for certain prior offenses, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and expired or cancelled license plates.
• Kim Fonseca, 58, was arrested Sept. 6 in Des Allemands and charged with disturbing the peace – appearing in an intoxicated condition.
• Matthew Brown, 22, was arrested Sept. 5 in Destrehan and charged with simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
