• Edward Martin, 26, was arrested Jan. 6 in Lake Charles and charged with battery of a dating partner – child endangerment.
• Ashley Guttierrez, 31, was arrested Jan. 10 in Norco and charged with violation of protective orders.
• Ronald Franklin Jr., 32, was arrested Jan. 12 in Killona and charged with telephone communications – improper language – harassment.
• Christopher Salmon, 42, was arrested Jan. 11 in St. Rose and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.
