Arrests
• Garrod Simmons, 31, was arrested March 27 and charged with distribution of a Schedule I counterfeit narcotic (two counts), possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I counterfeit narcotic, possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS to wit marijuana, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of a firearm in presence of CDS, possession of CDS in presence of minors (seven counts) and transactions with proceeds from CDS sales.
• Keishon Turley, 38, was arrested Msrch 27 and charged with possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS to wit marijuana.
• Terrance Smith, 39, was arrested March 27 and charged with possession of marijuana.
