HOUMA – A free, all-day, outdoor music festival sponsored by the Houma Regional Arts Council will held in the Courthouse Square in downtown Houma. It’s a showcase of the greatest musicians and bands you’ve never heard before, all in one place – 10 bands in 10 hours.
