The St. Charles Parish Council has a list of priority projects that have been submitted to Senators Mary Landrieu and David Vitter, along with State Representative Charlie Melancon. That's because they want as much help as possible to execute the projects from the various financial sources that are available.

BOUTTE - There will be an informational meeting about cheerleading and mascot tryouts for the 2008-09 school year on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. in the Hahnville High School auditorium.
Those interested in trying out who are unable to attend the meeting should contact Ms. Candice Reed at firstname.lastname@example.org after the meeting to obtain a packet of tryout information.
A mandatory instructional workshop will be held on April 7 through 10 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the school gym.
Tryouts will be held April 11 at 3 p.m.
