Keeping a part of the Cajun culture alive in St. Charles Parish, members of the Allemands Elementary Cajun Dancers recently performed at the German Coast Farmers’ Market in Destrehan. Dressed in authentic clothing, 2nd graders danced to Zydeco music as the large crowd cheered them on.
