Bids for new high school wings come in way over budget
The St. Charles Parish School Board has decided to table bids on wing additions to both high schools after the bids came in over expectations.

Parish applies for funding of $1.5 million boat launch phase
St. Charles Parish has applied for funding from the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries for the first phase of a new Des Allemands boat launch, estimated to cost $1.5 million.
