Arrests

• Candy Maurer, 44, of 13874 Highway 441 Greensburg, La., was arrested on April 28 and charged with DWI (second offense), traffic control signal, open alcohol container in vehicle.

• Ronald Boudreaux Jr., 30, of 212 Fir St. in Gramercy, La., was arrested on April 29 and charged with DWI (second offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, no seatbelt in use, possession of oxymorphone, oxycodone, possession of drugs and schedule IV possession of Nalorphin.

• Delaney Smith, 25, of Giacomo Street in Norco was arrested on April 30 and charged with domestic abuse strangulation, and domestic abuse child endangerment.

• Matthew Smith Jr., 22, of 170 Hollywood Park in Montz was arrested April 29, and charged with simple burglary.

• Michael Fogarty Jr., 19 of 17 Ashland Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on April 30 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile (2 counts) and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (2 counts).

Thefts

• A tailgate was stolen from a vehicle at 14386 La. 48 in New Sarpy on April 25

• A black semi-automatic handgun was stolen from a vehicle 856 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte on April 27.

• A duffel bag, denim shirt and five pair sunglasses, a flashlight, $8 in change, a driver’s license, a Discover credit card, a boater’s card, a hunter’s card, a wallet and TWIC card were stolen from two vehicles 866 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte on April 27.

• A phone charger, $15 in coins a back pack and a Nano were stolen from a vehicle at 117 Magnolia Manor Blvd. in Boutte on April 27.

• A purse, wallet, social security card, driver’s license, debit card, $20 cash, a military card, a carton of cigarettes and a health insurance card were stolen from a vehicle at 15450 River Rd. in Hahnville on April 26.

• A Duracraft boat and motor was stolen from 1650 East Lower Guide Levee in Norco on April 27.

• A digital camera and a 9mm semi-automatic handgun were stolen from a vehicle from 697 Magnolia Ridge Rd on April 28.

• Some 50 portable metal clothing racks, miscellaneous metal, 300 1/2- to 1-inch by 10-foot length pieces of metal and 30 letter signs with wiring was stolen for 14810 Cajun Paradise Rd. in Paradis on April 28.
