Arrests

• Linda Corley, 41, of 23 Sharen Place in Waggaman, was arrested on March 20 and charged with theft of goods between $500- $1,500

• Wardell Jefferson, 41, of 119 Church St. in Paradis, was arrested on March 24 and charged with aggravated second-degree battery.

• Michael Bourg, 20, of 14655 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis, was arrested on March 24 and charged with aggravated battery and three SCSO attachments.

• Sandra Carriere, 47, of 382 Azalea Dr. in Waggaman was arrested on March 23 on La. Hwy. 18 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, driver’s license not on person, obstruction of justice, possession of SCH IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and contraband in correctional center.

• Stanley L. Martin, 33, of 17506 Benjamins Walk in Baton Rouge was arrested on March 25 on I-10 westbound and charged with DWI.

Thefts

• A handgun was stolen out of a vehicle from 15536 La 48 in Norco on March 25.

• Six car batteries were stolen from 131 Carlon Dr. in Des Allemands on March 25.

• Three cameras, a Play Station game console, assorted video games, a laptop and a TV were stolen from 131 Williams St. in Boutte.

• An Interstate battery was stolen from 900 Riverbend Dr. in St. Rose on March 26.

• A CDE Binder, knife and assorted CDs were stolen out of a vehicle from 203 White Oak Dr. in St. Rose on March 24.

• Sunglasses and assorted U.S. currency were stolen from 200 North Pin Oak St. in St. Rose on March 24.

• A 2001 Dodge was stolen from 14784 U.S. 90 in Paradis 0n March 23.

• A lawn mower, Remington model gun with a scope and U.S. currency were stolen from 516 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte on March 23.

• A 14-foot canoe was stolen from 176 Dunleith in Destrehan on March 22.

• A plasma cutter was stolen from 162 Crooked R Lane in Ama on March 22.

• A GPS was stolen from 150 Nicholas St. in Hahnville on March 21.

• A 2006 Ford Mustang was stolen from 468 West B. St. in Norco on March 21.

• Assorted tools were stolen out of a vehicle from 107 Churchill Downs Dr. in Montz on March 20.

• A PTO pump sprayer was stolen from 114 Van Lane in New Sarpy on March 20.

• A box van for Ryder Trucks was stolen from 10430 Airline Hwy in St. Rose on March 20.
