Gary Naquin Jr., 34, was injured in an automobile accident on Jan. 27, 2012 and passed away on Jan. 30 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. He was a Project Planner with Exxon Oil Company, a native of Norco and resident of Groves, Texas. He was the son of Gary Naquin (wife Rose), husband of Lisa Naquin, father of Derrick Thornton, Tylor and Caden Naquin; and brother of the late Jason and Mark Naquin, Kerri Flannery and Kristie Nevling. He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Harold P. Guarino, 65, passed away at his residence on Jan. 30, 2012. He was a native of New Orleans and resident of Destrehan for the past 39 years. He was the beloved husband of Charlotte LeBlanc Guarino, loving father of Robert Guarino, Michael and Daisy Guarino and the late Donald Guarino; son of the late Angelo Henry and Alice Louise Kairdolf Guarino, brother of Angelo J. Guarino and the late Theresa Guarino Magee, grandfather of Elisha, Kaitlynn, Michael Jr., Joshua and Deanna Guarino; and great-grandfather of Aleenah Shey Alleman Guarino. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Danielle Guarino, and many nieces and nephews.

Rondell Lee Honor Sr., 36, departed his earthly life and entered into eternal rest on Jan. 30, 2012 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. He was the beloved husband of LaTangie Revader Honor, father of Jardyn Symone’, Rylee Senai, Jornea Ryanne, Rondell Jr., Jessa Reanne and Ryce Shyann Honor; son of Darryl Honor Sr. and the late Minister Mona Honor, son-in-law of Lu Ann Revader, brother of Darryl Jr. (Ashley) and Nicole Honor, and brother-in-law of Delayne Revader. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends. He was a native of Luling, resident of Monroe, and former employee of Dow Chemical in Sterlington.

Patricia Marlene Flynn, 59, born in Baton Rouge, died on Jan. 31, 2012 in Hammond. Pat left her mark from Des Allemands to Laurel, Miss. She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie Joyce Pearson Jones, stepfather, Floyd "Pops’’ Jones, and her father, Raymond Flynn. She is survived by her significant other, William Richard Murray, sister, Deborah Dianne Dufrene, brothers, Michael Ray Flynn and Ricky Joe Bass, son, Robert Michael Hopkins, and granddaughter, Heather Nicole Hopkins.

Jenelle L. Horn Robert, 88, passed away on Jan. 30, 2012 at Cannon Hospice in Metairie. She was the wife of the late Norbert S. Robert and by first marriage to the late Herbert Horn Sr., mother of Judy Howard, the late Priscilla Keller, Michael J. Horn and Herbert J. Horn Jr.; daughter of the late Yves LeBlanc and Eula Talbot, and sister of Mazie Bolman, Catherine Condon, Doris Adams, the late Fred LeBlanc, Harris LeBlanc and Kenneth LeBlanc. She is also survived by step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Lessie Wheeler, 63, passed away at her home on Jan. 31, 2012. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Lessie was the beloved wife of 29 years to Phillip K. Wheeler, mother of Tammy Buckwalter (husband John Jr.), daughter of the late A. P. Gibson and Lessie Gibson, sister of Phillis Gibson Iverson, Layton F. Ladd and the late Jelks C. Ladd; grandmother of Michael and Brandon Boudreaux and Aaron Buckwalter, and the great-grandmother of Destiny, Kylie and Ryelie.

Gustave F. Deister, 90, a longtime resident of Wassaic, N.Y., died on Jan. 29, 2012 at Sharon Health Care Center in Sharon, Conn. He was a rural letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 26 years retiring in 1984. He was born on Nov. 2, 1921 in Peine-Stederdorf, Germany, and was the son of the late Herman and Martha Schaprian Deister. He was a 1939 graduate of the Newtown High School in Newtown, N.Y. and from 1942 to 1945, he served in the U.S. Army in the combat zones of North Africa and Italy. On Oct. 4, 1947 in Wassaic, he married Margaret Rivenburgh, who survives at home.

Rinnie Roy Robicheaux, age 63, born in New Iberia, LA on November 12th, 1948, entered his eternal reward on Friday, December 9, 2011at 10:12 p.m. in the presence of the love of his life, Molly Duplantis Robicheaux. He grew up in Franklin, LA, served his country in the United States Air Force from 1969-1973 and was employed by Union Carbide Corp. from 1973-2003.
