Last Thursday, Christopher Coll was arrested by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office after a witness claimed that she had seen him completely naked on Mary St. in Norco.

Healthcare-particularly for the indigent and the uninsured-was under great stress before Katrina and Rita slammed into the state. Now, 10 months after the initial disaster, the crisis has worsened exponentially.

Sheriff Champagne reports that the above subject was stopped for suspicious person and further investigation revealed the subject to be in poss. of cocaine and marijuana.
