LAPLACE - River Parishes Tools for Schools is holding a drive through Aug. 31 to collect school supplies for needy students in St. Charles, St. James and St. John the Baptist parishes.

In addition to corporate sponsorships, the organization is asking community residents to contribute to the drive.
