Authorities rescue dog thrown off I-310 into swamp - 797 views
Aided by the St. Rose Fire Department, the St. Charles Parish Animal Control and St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office rescued a dog tossed off the elevated portion of Interstate 310 southbound.
