The New Orleans Saints got back on stride this past weekend beating the Carolina Panthers in a convincing manner of 31-6, but it could not take away the sting of the triple overtime loss by the LSU Tigers to the Arkansas Razorbacks 50-48.

BOUTTE - Hahnville High School students in Melinda Rappold’s Family and Consumer Science classes made Sugar Babies using a 5 lb. bag of sugar as the base of the baby to help students better understand the responsibilities involved in the day-to-day care of a baby.

Thanksgiving has come and gone. The relatives have packed into their minivans and are homeward bound. The only remains left from Thanksgiving dinner are probably a turkey leg wrapped in aluminum foil that needs to be thrown out and a small container of that runny oyster dressing you didn't like so much.
