Going up! LSU plans to raise ticket prices for the upcoming season. If approved by the university’s board of supervisors, the base price of a single ticket will jump from $36 to $40 for non-SEC games - with premier games costing $45.

Davis Pond Diversion not doing its job

It is discouraging that more than three years after completion of the Davis Pond Freshwater Diversion Project opened in St. Charles Parish, it is operating at a maximum of only three percent of its intended capacity.

I've often said that I'd like a Sherman tank and two hours with no state troopers in sight to clean up the streets of the city. I don't really have road rage, but seeing what passes for driving these days makes me kind of understand it.
