The St. Charles Parish Art Guild sponsoring 3-day art workshop

PARADIS – The St. Charles Parish Arts Guild is sponsoring a three-day “Functional Art with Acrylics” workshop featuring artist Madeleine Neske, the commercial art and fine arts instructor known for co-creating the New Orleans nonprofit “Young Artists, Young Aspirations” Program. LULING – The Knights of Columbus will hold its annual Lenten Fish Fry 5 – 7 p.m. on every Friday Feb. 19 through March 18 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Drive, in Luling. St. Charles UMC to hold Spring Craft Fair

LULING – The St. Charles United Methodist Church will hold its 4th annual Spring Craft Fair at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 12. The fair will feature a variety of concessions, a fun run-walk-bike marathon and an Easter egg hunt. The Luling library and Luling Volunteer Fire Station will also participate in the activities. Proceeds go the church’s Food Pantry, which is in partnership with Second Harvest. Last year, the church gave food that fed 8,347 people in the St. Charles Parish community.
