Thick gray clouds and a serious chance of rain didn't stop dozens of children of all ages from crowding fields near the Bayou Gauche Fire Station to hunt for 7,600 plastic eggs stuffed with yummy candy a full week before Easter Sunday.

NORCO - The Sacred Heart School Senior Quiz Bowl Team competed in the Brother Martin sponsored National Honor Society Prep Quiz Bowl competition and placed as one of the top four teams in the metropolitan area. Sacred Heart defeated Christian Brothers Academy and St. Pius X to play in the semi-final round.
