The Arc of St. Charles is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing services and support that enable persons of all ages with developmental disabilities and special needs to attain their potential. The Arc of St. Charles has been providing services to the handicapped persons of St. Charles Parish since 1971.

Woman begs judge not to throw her life away - 4700 views
A woman who police say was drunk when she crashed into another car and killed three people and a fetus, has written a letter to the judge in her case admitting responsibility but pleading with him not to throw her life away.
