The Queen of Hearts Miss, Teen, Ms. and Baby pageants will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15 beginning at noon at Sacred Heart School auditorium and will coincide with the River Parishes Fall Festival being held on the grounds of Sacred Heart School in Norco on Nov. 14, 15 and 16.
