There were Tigers in Baton Rouge on Saturday, and it wasn’t just of the LSU variety. The Hahnville Tigers cross country team had an outstanding performance at the Catholic High Invitational, bringing home a sixth-place finish with 256 points.

With less than two minutes left on Sunday, it looked as though the Saints would be 6-0 for only the third time in the history of the franchise. But Tom Brady played great when it mattered the most as the Patriots came from behind to beat the Saints 30-27.

With torrential rains hitting Houma in the hour before Hahnville took the field against Terrebonne the turf quickly turned into mud, but that did not stop Hahnville’s running backs from turning in an outstanding performance.
