Sheriff offering Xbox One in order to catch Norco vandals - 1116 views
In order to track down vandals who have used pellet guns to cause damage to 11 windows, homes and vehicles in Norco, St. Charles Parish Sheriff Greg Champagne is offering an Xbox One for information leading to the arrests and convictions of those responsible.
