The St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office said that a group of individuals were loitering outside a residence in the 200 block of Meadows Drive when a maroon or burgundy colored Taurus drove by traveling southbound on Meadows Drive Aug. 5 at around 11:45 p.m.
