"A Brief History of Time" by Stephen Hawking is expectedly informative of the universe. It is basically a beginner’s guide to the physics of the universe and goes from the big bang to the dark matter that makes up 70 percent of the mass of all galaxies but cannot be seen.
"A Brief History of Time" first deals with the big bang, telling of what scientists agree on as the beginning of the universe. Next, it goes into space and time and how they are connected, as a transition into the next topic which is the expanding of the universe through space and time. Then, the book talks about black holes, how they were formed and about their massive gravity and about how there are very large black holes at the center of each galaxy. Finally, it talks about how the universe will end and how there are three different theories, and about wormholes.
I liked "A Brief History of Time." Non-fiction books interest me, and when I saw this book, which I had wanted to read a year before, I just had to read it. Although I knew much of the information in the book, I liked it and would rate it a 9 out of 10.
