St. Rose Volunteer Fire Department giving out free smoke detectors

St. ROSE - The Saint Rose Volunteer Fire Department is currently issuing and installing smoke detectors free of charge to all residents in the 5th Fire District in St. Rose.

The smoke detectors are free and the fire department will install them for free as well. Contact them at nmonk@saintrosevfd.org or via their website at www.saintrosevfd.org where a downloadable form for the program is available.

Those interested can also call (504) 467-9536, (504) 559-9620 or stop by the station located at 123 Saint Rose Ave., Station 51 any time between the hours of 8 a.m-4 p.m on Monday through Friday.
