Arrests

•Samuel Lane Jr., 57, of 19 Pine Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on April 20 and charged with D.W.I.

•Michael Ballansaw, 20, of 1120 N. Sugar Ridge in LaPlace, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I - Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver’s license not on person and not displaying plate.

•Armaud G. Stirgus, 21, of 1845 Cinclair Loop in LaPlace, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I - Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Darris M. Peters, 35, of 704 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on April 16 and charged with possession of Marijuana, possession of Cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

•Christy D. Tregre, 38, of 12321 River Road in Luling, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession of SCH II - Cocaine, possession of SCH I - Heroin, driver’s license not on person and disregarding a stop sign.

•Brandon Williams, 28, of 356 Courthouse Lane in Hahnville, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession of SCH II - Crack and possession of Heroin.

•James R. Howard, 55, of 126 Mott Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 22 and charged with attempted 2nd degree murder and illegal modification of a firearm.

•Kedric O. Berry, 42, of 336 Riverpoint Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 21 and charged with having dogs on tethers, not having pit bull registration (5 cts.), rabies vaccine required and cruelty to animals (2 cts.).

•Leonard R. Dooley, 20, of 203 Annex St. in Destrehan, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession of stolen property over $500.

•Carlton S. Grimes, 36, of 226 Riverpoint Drive in Destrehan was arrested on April 18 and charged with cruelty to animals.

•Dale K. Koontz, 41, of 120 Victoria Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 19 and charged with theft over $500.

•Ryan P. Bourgeois, 23, of 52244 Highway 436 in Franklinton, was arrested on April 22 and charged with D.W.I., reckles operation, flighting using motor vehicle and resisting an officer.

•Khuong V. Le, 34, of 4012 Orleands Ave. A in New Orleans, was arrested on April 22 and charged with D.W.I. - child endangerment, reckless operation and child restraint required.
•Tammy A. McGee, 47, of 160 Family St. in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I., open container and possession of Vicodin.

•Shashi H. Persaud, 29, of 714 Apple St. in Norco, was arrested on April 23 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Christopher J. Ryan, 18, of 16 Voisin in Destrehan, was arrested on April 22 and charged with underage D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Mary A. Russo, 50, of 61484 N. Military Road A in Slidell, was arrested on April 23 and charged with D.W.I. and speeding.

Theft
•An iPhone and an Evo phone, total value of $400, were stolen from a vehicle at 171 Dunleith Drive in Destrehan on April 20.

•Pool supplies, total value of $75, were stolen from 109 Wisteria Lane in Luling on April 20.

•A laptop and two flat-screened TVs, total value of $1,800, were stolen from 100 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on April 20.

•A DVD player and speakers, total value of $139, were stolen from 1211 Paul Fredrick in Luling on April 20.

•A boat trailer, 28-foot boat and two custom motors, total value of $98,000, were stolen from 10105 LA 48 in St. Rose on April 20.

•Jewelry of unknown value was stolen from 50 Villere Place in Destrehan on April 20.
•A 9mm semi-automatic gun, total value of $300, was stolen from 323 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan on April 19.
