Arrests
•Chrystal D. Taylor, 31, of 101 Churchhill Downs in Montz, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with possession of stolen things and possession of stolen property over $500.

•Donald A. Loupe, 75, of 216 Carlon Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with D.W.I. and operating under suspension for prior offense.

•Rickey M. Jones, 42, of 7558 Kingsport Blvd. in New Orleans, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•John T. Harmon IV, 40, of 20 Cathy Drive in Luling, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and open container.

•Micahel S. Doherty, 30, of 257 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with D.W.I., following vehicles and driving with a suspended license.

•Kevin R. Breaux, 48, of 130 Red Gros Lane in Paradis, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with D.W.I. and not staying in a single lane of traffic.

•James R. Billings, 46, of 114 Amelia St. in Destrehan, was arrested on Nov. 6 and charged with D.W.I., driving with a suspended license and reckless operation.

•Robert E. Anderson, 39, of 3720 Devereaux Court in St. Rose, was arrested on Nov. 6 and charged with D.W.I., obscenity and open container.

Theft

•A 2004 Ford F-250 was stolen from 805 E. Terrace St. in New Sarpy on Nov. 9.

•A bicycle, total value of $150, was stolen from 524 Kinler St. in Boutte on Nov. 9.

•Three garbage cans, total value of $150, were stolen from 302 Ormond Meadows Drive in Destrehan on Nov. 9.

•Assorted appliances and cabinets were stolen from 3751 Bayou Gauche Road in Bayou Gauche on Nov. 8.
