Arrests
•Calvin White, 33, of 12325 Highway 18, Apt. 3 in Luling was arrested on March 14 and charged with aggravated assault.

•Joy Slack, 26, of 4205 Eporia St., Apt. C in Metairie was arrested on March 14 and charged with issuing worthless checks.

•David Rose, 36, of 3421 Kent Ave. in Metairie was arrested on March 16 and charged with simple criminal damage $500 to $5000 and theft of goods over $500.

•Danielle Douglas, 17, of 265 Killona Dr. in Killona was arrested on March 16 and charged with principle to second degree battery.

•Renata Brown, 20, of 121 Lakewood Dr. in Luling was arrested on March 16 and charged with 2nd degree battery.

•Jeanette Borchad, 33, of 515 Barreca St. in Norco was arrested on March 16 and charged with issuing worthless checks.

•Oferral Watts, 48, of 337 Helis in Westwego was arrested on March 16 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Kelly Mauro, 40, of 11365 E. Paula St. in St. Amant was arrested on March 15 and charged with DWI and careless operation.

•Thomas Schwall, 25, of 122 Ormond Meadows Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on March 15 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and possession of cocaine.

•Mark D. Edwards, 27, was arrested on March 17 and charged with vehicular homicide.

•Kimberly Brown, 32, of 14314 Braud St. in Gonzales was arrested on March 18 and charged with theft over $500.

•Patrina N. Cowart, 26, of 616 Park St. in Kenner was arrested on March 18 and charged with accessory after the fact/armed robbery.

•James Bunch Jr., 36, of 612 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose was arrested on March 18 and charged with possession of crack cocaine.

Theft
•Unknown parts, valued at $500, were stolen from a vehicle located at 14039 U.S. 90 in Boutte on March 5.

•An iron bench and iron pot holder, valued at $150, were stolen from 105 Allie Lane in Luling on March 7.

•A handgun, valued at $500, was stolen from 143 Breaux Lane in Des Allemands on March 7.

•A CD player, valued at $200, was stolen from 96 Bonura Dr. in St. Rose on March 8.
•Spray paint cans, assorted screw drivers and ratchets, vehicle fuses, electrical connectors, 12 volt neon vehicle lights, a wire basket and an amplifier, valued at $330, were stolen from 201 Amelia St. in Destrehan on March 9.

•A subwoofer, an amplifier and a speaker box, valued at $600, was stolen from 222 Villere Dr. in Destrehan on March 8.

•A saw, valued at $600, was stolen from 135 Bonura Dr. in St. Rose on March 8.

•A notebook computer and a broadband internet card, valued at $1261, were stolen from 227 4th St. in St. Rose on March 10.

•Lettering and an emblem were stolen off of a Chevy Silverado, valued at $1500 at 1952 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on March 10.

•A cell phone and charger, valued at $130, were stolen from 503 Maryland Dr. in Luling on March 10.

•A welding machine, a car battery charger, a boat motor, a 12-gallon fuel tank for a boat and two 5-gallon gas cans, valued at $1005, were stolen from 3937 Hwy. 306 in Des Allemands on March 10.

•A weedeater, two generators, a 9mm, a Targa .32 chrome automatic, a Lorcin .25 automatic and a .22 mark-3 automatic, all valued at $2093, were stolen from 126 Bonure Dr. in St. Rose on March 10.

•A pit bull terrier, valued at $500, was stolen from 16559 LA 631 in Des Allemands on March 12.
