St. Charles Parish Hospital, in cooperation with Shriners' Hospital, hosted an orthopedic outreach clinic for children from south Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida on Saturday, June 30.

The clinic was held at the St. Charles Parish Hospital's East Bank Medical Offices, and provided children with a comprehensive exam and x-rays when necessary.

An Orthotist was available to address issues related to orthopedic braces and other orthopedic equipment.

This clinic provides these important services to children in our community and those in surrounding communities who otherwise would have had to drive as far as Shreveport to be treated.

This is the third consecutive year that St. Charles Parish Hospital has hosted the outreach clinic and we are very proud to be a part of such a wonderful event.
