The marriage of Miss Jamie Lynn Ballard and Mr. Justin Ryan Toney was solemnized February 11, 2006 at The Four Columns in Harvey.

The bride is the daughter of Lawrence and Rae Lynn Rouss from Bayou Gauche. The bridegroom is the son of Angelo and Debra Toney from Des Allemands. Following a honeymoon trip to Lake Tahoe the couple will reside in Des Allemands.
